However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund may be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we offer refunds for our services.
Online Courses, Webinars, or Workshops: Refunds are available only for students who request a refund within 7 days of enrollment or purchase, provided they have not completed more than 30% of the course or program content.
If the course has downloadable materials (e.g., PDFs, worksheets), you may not be eligible for a refund once these materials have been accessed or downloaded.
Tutoring or Mentoring Services: For personalized tutoring or mentoring services, a full refund will be provided if the session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
If you’re unsatisfied with a specific session, you may request a partial refund for the session in question, subject to review by our team.
Workshops or Group Sessions:
Refunds for workshops or group sessions are available if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made after this period are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Items and Services:
The following services or products are non-refundable:
Any customized programs or materials that have been specifically tailored to a student's needs.
Course certificates or any other credentials issued after completing a course or program.
Late registration fees or administrative fees (if applicable).
Any services or products marked as non-refundable during the checkout or registration process.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@bcalabs.org within the eligible refund period.
Include your order number, course name, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For payments made via bank transfer, refunds will be issued to the same account.
Delayed or Missed Sessions:
We make every effort to ensure that all sessions, courses, and workshops run on time. However, if we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a reschedule option or a full refund for that session.
Requests Outside Refund Period:
Refund requests made after the specified refund period 7 days after course enrollment or for services that have already been consumed (e.g., downloaded course materials) will not be accepted.
Refunds Due to Technical Issues:
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course materials or live sessions, please notify us immediately at info@bcalabs.org. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved, we will assess whether a refund or an alternative solution is appropriate.
